A-Class Doors
Tufan Gemi's A-class fire doors are designed to meet high functionality and fire safety demands on ships and oil platforms. These doors are delivered with certifications in A0, A15, and A60 classes and are equipped to suit every special need and requirement.
The door leaf; galvanized, primed, powder coated, PVC coated, laminated or stainless steel. The frame is produced as a Z-profile from high quality Swedish premium steel. Powder coated or stainless steel options are also available. Stainless steel hinges are welded to the frame and screwed to the door leaf. High density mineral wool bonded to the door panels is used as internal filling material.

B-Class Doors
Tufan Gemi has a complete range of fire resistant cabin doors of the highest quality. Thanks to their flexible frame structures, they can be easily mounted on and adapt to all panel systems on the market.
As standard, the door leaves have a PVC laminated or powder coated surface on galvanized steel sheet and fire, sound and heat insulation is provided with high density mineral wool. The entire door leaf has an edge strip made of extruded and naturally anodized aluminum profile. The frame is made of 1.5 mm steel sheet, which is also powder coated. Hinges are made of stainless steel.
Other components such as locks, handles, door closers, kick plates, windows, emergency exit covers, ventilation grilles etc. are delivered on request. Tufan Gemi's B-class doors are available in B-15 and B-30 fire classes according to IMO 754(18) and with sound reduction values between 33 and 44 dB Rw according to SS-EN ISO 140/3:95.
